KidZerts products are usually shipped the same or next business day. A standard delivery time takes within 5 - 10 business days, depending on the processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time is defined as how long it takes from the moment you placed the order online to when the product physically leaves the warehouse to be shipped to you.
The Processing Time can take only a few hours to an entire business day. Keep in mind that weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and federally recognized holidays are not business days.
Availability can also delay shipment so be sure to check the availability stated on the product page.
Billing and credit information will also be authorized and verified during the Processing Time.
Your order can be delayed if you have entered the incorrect billing and shipping information.
Orders placed after business hours or during the weekend will be processed the following business day. KidZerts business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm PST.
Shipping Time is determined by the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. Ground shipping takes 5 - 7 business days after processing and Express Shipping takes 3 days after processing.
Be mindful of the shipping method you select - if you want your product within 5 business days, do not select 5 - 7 day ground shipping.
Orders will not be shipped on holidays or weekends.
Billing and shipping addresses must be within the United States.
International credit cards are not accepted. We suggest you use Paypal.
Allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery if your product is being shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.
Express Delivery is guaranteed to deliver to you within 3 - 5 business days after processing. If the shipping time takes longer than 5 business days after selecting Express Delivery, a refund for shipping may be awarded.
Overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
Shipment to U.S. military base (APO and FPO) addresses can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Christmas Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping
Standard Shipping (6-10 business days): Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST Monday December 15, 2014 will arrive in time for Christmas.
Express Shipping (3-5 business days): Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST Wednesday December 17, 2014 will arrive in time for Christmas.
Exchange and Return Policy
Worried about our return policy? You can relax. In order to avoid the Christmas rush, we put our Christmas return policy into effect on November 1st. How does this work? Customers who place orders from November 1st through December 23rd have until January 31st to make a return or exchange. Please see our Return & Exchange policy listed below for more information.

How do I ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box)?
Ground 5 - 8 Days must be the shipping option used if you're shipping to a P.O. Box. Express and Overnight orders are shipped through UPS and they do not deliver items to a P.O. Box.
How do I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses ship for FREE and can only be sent by USPS (the United States Postal Service). We do not ship items Express or Overnight to APO/FPO addresses. In order to ship to APO/FPO address, you must select the Military Order (APO/FPO) AA AE & AP option upon checkout.
U.S. Territories Shipping
We ship to U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, America Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palua, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Northern Mariana Islands. To ship items to these locations please use the USPS (Ground Shipping) option. Please be advised that shipping to these locations may take longer than the typical transit time quoted.
Free Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories. All items shipped to and from (returns/exchanges) Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories are shipped via ground shipping for a $12.00 flat rate.
Lost Shipments
UPS, FedEx, and USPS are the shipping methods used by KidZerts. Although these companies have reputable services, packages do get lost occasionally. KidZerts will reship your package only if UPS, FedEX, or USPS is unable to confirm the delivery of your package after 10 days have passed from the date of shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy and Information
Customers must pay for all shipping expenses for returns and exchanges. All KidZerts items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in the original packaging.
When shipping back your items, include a copy of your packing slip and a brief reason for the return. You can place an exchange order for your replacement items directly on the site or by calling our Customer Service Center toll free at 1.844.543.9378.

Your return will be inspected by the KidZerts fulfillment center within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Once your return is processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account.
